IMG_0319babylonLast week my husband and I ventured out to Stellenbosch and spent the afternoon at Babylonstoren, one of the towns’ most popular wine & food farms. If there’s anything I love more than eating, it’s finding special places, like this one and sharing great food with my favourite people. Even though I don’t drink wine, their freshly squeezed fruit juice and homemade iced tea was particularly amazing, especially in the 32 degree weather & after what might have been the tastiest buttermilk scones I’ve ever had, we took a romantic stroll through the farms’ gardens. The combination of solid clay walls and nurtured nature made for the perfect day out.

ABOUT THIS LOOK

This dress was gifted to me a while back and this was actually the very first time I’d worn it. I’m not much of a print girl as it can be a bit manic for me, but I kinda loved this one! The material is so soft but so well structured. Also, one of my best buys lately have been these amazing leather boots. The cost gave me a bit of heart failure but the investment was so worth it!
